Who we are

This site is run by Dylan Weber, trading as [business name, ABN], Atlantis Tattoo Studio, Port Kembla NSW. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you join the waitlist or apply: your name, email, phone, availability, where you’re travelling from, your idea and any reference photos.
• Information needed for your session, such as photo ID and relevant health information you choose to share so the tattoo can be done safely.

• Your favourites, which are stored only in your own browser and never sent to us.

How we use it

To manage the waitlist, review applications, book and run your sessions, send aftercare and follow-ups, and meet our legal obligations. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
